Version 2026-10-13.2. This version stays at this address.
These terms are between runMast LLC, which makes Opptain ("Opptain"), and the company named when the trial was started (the "Customer"). The person who starts the trial agrees to them on the Customer's behalf and confirms they are allowed to.
The trial runs for 90 days from the day it starts. It is free, and nothing is billed because of it. During the trial the Customer can add as many seats as it needs, unless the sign-up page stated a limit.
The trial does not renew by itself.
Opptain emails the Customer's admins 30 days, 10 days and 1 day before the trial ends, saying what happens on that day and how to keep Opptain running.
Before the trial's last day, an admin may sign an intent to procure on the Opptain admin page. It states that the Customer intends to buy Opptain, on the plan and for about the number of seats it names, and who to bill.
Once it is signed, everything keeps working for 30 days after the trial ends while the Customer completes its purchase and sends a purchase order. The paid license starts on the day the trial ended, so those 30 days are part of it.
An intent to procure is not itself a purchase. If no purchase order arrives within the 30 days, nothing is billed for them, and the license stops as described below.
Yearly: $10 per seat per month, for a 12-month term, invoiced for the whole term at its start ($120 per seat).
Monthly: $15 per seat per month, invoiced each month.
A term longer than 12 months can be ordered at the yearly price. There is no further discount.
The seats billed are the people who have joined the Customer's Opptain, including leaders, managers and reps, or the number on the purchase order if it is higher. Invitations not yet accepted are not billed.
With no intent to procure: on the trial's last day access to Opptain and to the Customer's data stops. The data is kept for 60 days after that, then deleted, unless an admin asks for it to be deleted sooner, which is done at once.
With an intent to procure but no purchase order: 30 days after the trial's last day access stops. The data is kept for 60 days after that, then deleted, unless an admin asks for it to be deleted sooner.
While the data is kept, a purchase order for a license starting on the day the trial ended brings everything back as it was.
When the seats stop working, a rep who asked to keep their own record keeps it as a free personal seat, if the Customer approved this on the admin page. Leader seats end.
People who join later are added to the license. Each month of the license starts on the day of the month it started. A seat added in the first 10 days of a month is billed for that month; a seat added later is free for that month. From the next month it is billed every month to the end of the term. Seats are not reduced during a term.
A license renews automatically at the end of each term for a term of the same length, unless an admin turns auto-renew off on the admin page before then. Before each yearly renewal, Opptain emails the admins 60 and 30 days ahead. Switching from monthly to yearly starts a new yearly license from the day of the switch.
Opptain does not take a card. It emails invoices to the billing contact, or to the admins if none is given. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, in US dollars. Prices do not include taxes; the Customer pays any sales or similar taxes that apply.
If an invoice is more than 30 days past due, Opptain may suspend access after telling the admins in writing.
Opptain may change its prices for future terms. It tells the admins at least 60 days before the renewal the change applies to. The price of a term in progress does not change.
Opptain's terms of use (opptain.com/terms) and privacy policy (opptain.com/privacy) also apply. If the Customer and Opptain have signed an agreement, it governs where it differs from these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
